My passion and mission is to help businesses and teams that are in process of growth and transformation through the planning, change and project implementation cycle.

Although each business is unique, I seek to understand the core drivers within the business and the systemic impact on the business, its processes and systems and its market.

I strongly believe that qualitative factors and excellence factored into all areas, that is qualitative systems instead of profit above all else.

I also believe that you can only guide from personal experience, and therefore continuously search for new business opportunities to also invest in. I am based near Cape Town and have access to a network of experienced associates in South Africa, Germany and Austria.
